Villa Zelenika consists of a main house on 2 floors with contemporary architecture situated on a slope down piece of land. In the back yard, a dependency surrounded by lawn with visibility to the Kids Corner is at your disposal; it’s a large well equipped kitchen with dining area and large barbecue with oven.
The house is composed by double, triple rooms and suites on the first and second floor with furniture from natural wood. All rooms and suites are equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, cable TV, refrigerator, balcony with table and chairs, and wireless Internet - in order to not lose touch with the world.
Apartments
Two of the apartments, on the first and second floor, consist of a small bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding door. The living room has a dressing area with coffee table and two sofa that stretch. They have large balconies overlooking the forest and backyard.
The other apartment, on the second floor, of two adjoining rooms. One double bed and one with twin single beds. Terrace overlooking the forest, village and sea.
Double rooms
Double rooms on the first and second floor have two single beds, with small balconies overlooking the front yard of the house and entrance.
Triple rooms and rooms / 2 +1 /
Triple room on the first floor is spacious with a double bed, a single bed and a corner table. The room has a dual access from the entrance and from the backyard. The terrace overlooking the backyard and woods.
Rooms / 2 +1 / :The first and second floor’s bedrooms have convertible sofa. They have balconies overlooking the forest, such as one has a wooden pergola surrounded by varied vegetation. Other rooms / 2 +1 / with additional dressing and overlooking the gardens and entrance. One of which is located on the ground floor and is suitable for families with small children or people who suffer difficulties in their mobility.
All rooms and suites allow for folding cot for the youngest children.
Rooms are cleaned thoroughly every other day by replacing the towels.
Pets are also welcome.

Our dependency (summer kitchen) is equipped with all necessary kitchenware, electric cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, barbecue and a computer with wireless internet. It is available for use by all guests at the villa.

For all our guests without their own transportation, we provide transfer by car to and from Bourgas Airport, Bourgas, Tsarevo and Ahtopol bus stations.
